Hi,
Sold my CAAD 10 frameset and changed to a Scott Foil 15 frame. Got the frame used from a friend.
Build list :
Scott Foil 15 size XS
Udi2 drivetrain, DA7950 crankset. DA 12-27 cogset.
Token lightweight brakes (220 grams. I dont know which model)
2011 Zipp 303 toroidal (before FC) tubulars.
KCNC Ti skewers
Conti sprinter tires
Selle Italia SLR Ti rails saddle
3T arx pro stem ( stealthed the finish a bit.) w/ ti bolts
3T rotundo pro h. bar. ( didnt change to CF bars or LTD bec i need to install aerobars for TTs during stage races (3 days 4 stage sportives)
speedplay zero pedals with ward ti spindles
UB CF bottle cages.
garmin edge 500 with barfly mount.
approx. weight : 6,715 grams. All in ready to rock!
BB to top of saddle : 65.5 cm.
Tip of saddle to center of h. bars. : 49.8 cm.
Note: CAAD 10 seems a little bit more compliant than the Foil. I can ride my carbon saddle with the CAAD 10 but tried it out with the foil and it was painful after 4 hours plus.. But definitely stiffer, feels faster, every stomp of my pedals I could really feel the bike propel me forward. This is one fast racing machine.

yup, no top cap, no compression plug.
Saves approx 70 grams. of weight.
Its the stem thats holds the steerer tube. You only need the compression plug to compress and and preload the stem. And some carbon friction assembly paste or tooth paste.

@Valbrona...Thanks. I think we have more crappy roads here in the Philippines, being a 3rd world country. Potholes, dirt roads here and there.. But I weigh 60 kilos thou so that might be the reason why things doesnt loosen up.
The XS of the Foil looks really good, and that's a good color for it. It looks super-fast.

thanks dj...
I was eyeing the Cervelo S5 at first but the size xs wasnt well proportioned to look at aesthetically, and way way heavier than the Foil.
Glad i didnt get the S5 bed. im so happy with the Foil right now.

with daily clincher kicks....
... thinking about changing the "cosmic" decals to reflectorized black.
... but to think about it, my racing tubs are stealth already so might have a loud looking wheels for daily rides.... what do you guys think?

Im kinda likin the loud cosmic graphics on the Mavic wheels, gives a nice contrast to the dark labeled zipp 303s.
