Well it's a bad photo. I will try to do a better one in the morning. Earlier this year the bike was cream coloured and had a chromed fork. The total weight with pedals but with bottle cages or mudguards was 22.6 lbs.

Now the spec has changed. I have had a frame builder make a set of 1" forks with rake out of columbus tubing which with paint (stove enammeled) and star nut weight 815g. The orginal chrome forks were 890g! The frame with new paint and laquer weighs in at 2240g which is a tad lighter than before by 10g. The paint is more durable though. It is a 59cm frame made of cheap cr-mo tubing and lugged which adds weight.

I have kept the same bars stem e.t. but upgrade the cranks from Campag Veloce to Centaur carbon changed the seat post and wheel/tyres. The total weight with carbon cages, mudguards and computor is 22.11lbs. So more kit less weight. Without mudguards it is a bit under 21 lbs.

The spec is with some weights.
Component
59 cm Exile Frame stove emalled 2241g
Deda Ditrrissimo seatpost cut down 179g (started at 190g)
Seat clamp bolt 12g
Custom 1" Steel forks (columbus tubing) stove emanelled with star nut 814g
Miche 1" headset with top cap and S/S bolt 90g
Spacers alloy 25g
Cinelli Vai bars 42x26, Vai stem 110mm, 1" to 1 1/8" shim, veloce shifters, Cinelli cork tape, all Campag ultra shift cables, all bolts and Miche Performance long drop front+rear brake 1307g
2011 Veloce short cage rear mech 258g
2011 Veloce front mech 99g
Power Torque cups BSA with spring washer and clip 73g
2012 Campagnolo Centaur carbon crank 53/39T with bolt 659g
Front wheel Miche Primato hubs 28 Sapim Laser spokes, 28 Sapim polyax Alu nipples, Miche Skewer, DT Swiss RR415 rim, Velox rim tape, Continental Race 28 tube, Continental 4 seasons 23mm tyre 1121g
Rear wheel Miche Primato hubs 28 Sapim Laser spokes, 28 Sapim polyax Alu nipples, Miche Skewer, DT Swiss RR415 rim, Velox rim tape, Continental Race 28 tube, Continental 4 seasons 23mm tyre 1247g
Veloce 11-25T rear cassette 10 speed 276g
Record 10 speed chain 246g
Pedal PD-6402 454g
Sella Italia C2 saddle 269g
4 bottle cage bolts 12g
2 tifosi bottle cages 50g

Total with mudguards (not weighed), computor (not weighed) SKS tool bottle (with mutli tool, 3 tubes and 2 tyre levers) and water bottle full with water is 24.91lbs or 11.32 kg. As this is how I ride it this is the important weight.

A frame pump is going on as well.

So not not light but lighter than it was and a oy to ride. It is winter as well and the roads are shitty here. Mudguards are essential. NOt sure about the bar position at the moment. I thnk I will be tweeking on its first proper ride.

Lots of scope foir further weight reduction but that will need more cash (forks, shifters, mechs, bars, stem, seat, bolts, spacers.....). What I really want for this is Record 10 speed shifter, and mechs (I just love them), Campags red hoods and there red cables. I will have to wait until my existing cables need changing though. I wanted the red and black crankset but there was stock at the distributors at the time. I will have to fit red chainring bolts at some point.
