Hey Everyone,
Just finished getting my Cannondale built.
2014 Cannondale 5 frame including the Cannondale C3 Handlebar/Stem and Seat post.
Prologo Scratch Pro Saddle
Dura Ace 9000 Groupset (9001 Shifters) except for cranks which are Cannondale Hollowgram SL with FSA 50/34 rings
Pro Lite Bracciano wheels with GP4000s tires.
Weight without pedals and cage is spot on 7kg.
Pedals are going to be Look Keo Blade Carbon (227g claimed) and 2 x Elite Mio Sior Bottle Cages (27g each claimed)
Only real plan at this stage is to replace the rings to a 52/36 which would give me a good balance for climbing and flats. Praxis Rings are the plan. Not sure how much weight that will save me if at all.
Any recommendations on how to reduce weight relatively cheap would be great.

praxis rings should be a bit lighter than the FSA but shouldnt be much. I think the biggest change would be the handlebar/stem and seatpost setup. I think the handlebars are close to 300g, you can get alum handlebars that weight 235 grams and be cheap. Do not know about stem and seatpost but carbon seatpost and say a ritchey c260 can save you probably over 100g. Also don't know what skewers you have but some titanium skewers.

Thanks Will certainly need to look at the cockpit.
Hoping to try and get it under 7kg without the need to change the rims. Also need to look at dropping the handlebars a bit.
The spacers are a little loose on the headset... This shouldn't be an issue should it?

What position did you put the converter thing for the FD?
I was actually looking at some of the carbon bars and the Deda Superlegarra is pretty nice looking and light. May just save up some extra pennies and try get one of those.
Not sure what you mean by converter thing sorry.
The converter will be in the on or off position depending on the frame.

Ahh huh... Sorry I'm not that technical... I just installed it all as per standard spec.
