I would remove one of the brakes and both of those brake levers. Instal a cantilever brake lever and perhaps go for a track handlebar. it will make it lighter and you don't need two brakes with a fixed gear, one is more than enough. Install it on the front, not on the rear.

Hmmm... I don't like it that much. Wheels ,seatpost, saddle, crankset... almost nothink matches this classic lugged frame IMHO.

I like the look of the bike a lot. It really looks great the way the white, silver and black play off each other. Well thought-out aesthetically.

Thanks for the compliment. I was got the big ring really really cheap , so I thought I would experiment a little.
