Thanks guys. It's a 2009 XXL which is a 62cm on the size chart, but measures out to a 61cm TT. As for the ISP, some of the 2009 Milram team opted for a standard seat post as shown in the photo below. I believe it was in 2010 that Focus switched to the current tube set with 27.2mm conventional seat posts, BB30, and full internal cable routing.

Some of the Milram team in 2009 had integrated, while others had standard posts:
