Thanks! Any idea as to sources?

I got mine when I Chainrings set.

But you can buy an O symetric bolt set here and there is the one with

Thanks again. I actually got a spacer in the mail yesterday (had contacted Osymetric, they hadn't replied, so I thought nothing was coming, but they had just sent it). Unfortunately it still doesn't work :-(. I either need to use a file on the braze on (not keen on that) or find another spacer.

I could not use my as it came.

I had to make some new holes.

You must make a M5 threaded hole 7.5 mm next to the center hole. And 7.5 mm on the other side of the center hole that you need to make a 5.2 mm hole which is also in delaying the screw.

If you look at pictures so you can see the bolt and front derailleur no pages on line.

If you can not make it, so can you send it to me and I will drill the holes for you. I live in Denmark.

Thanks Tillquist, that's very kind!

So I understand you make a threaded M5 hole lower on the adapter that gets held from the front. What I don't quite understand is how you make the screw work on the derailleur: is it a headless screw? Otherwise the head of the screw would be in the way of the braze on fitting, no?

Edit: now I understand it! I'll PM you.

Hey Tillquist,

quick update: got the piece made following your specs, worked out like a charm, thanks! My buddy actually made the screw head that holds the FD a bit smaller to minimize the material he had to remove.

One thing I am a bit unsure about is the effect of the Osymetrics on my muscles: I did a pretty tough Ironman simulation on Saturday and my hamstrings are still sore - more sore than on other ocassions. Wasn't sure if it was related to the Osymetrics or not. Have you had any trouble with them?

I princippet virker de på samme måde som Q-rings, de har bare en anden udformning.
