The brakes were tricky to fit on the rear because when they were in the correct position then tightened, they moved.
Could be better but I'll see what they ride like later:-)

Very well built!! I am building up an urban commuter/cross bike also and love seeing the inspiration. Congrats and I second the dirty pics after some rides!!
