A replacement for my Lemond/Calfee somewhat overdue.
Inaugurated last August for a 4 day 860km tour and just recently added SR11 minus cranks. (Working great)
Hoping to be riding Edge 1.25 tubulars.
Love the ride. It is a perfect extension of my body.
Cheers,
Joe

By far the best Parlee I've seen - very nice! and at Z1 prices I would hope so!

That's also one hell of a tour!

Thank you for the comments!
Upgrades will be likely limited this year to the new bars, stem and seatpost from EDGE once I replennish my penny jar. Thankfully the stem/ post is not yet available to tease me.
The frame was a birthday present for turning 40 from my wife. I'm sure she didn't count on the finishing cost. :D

Dude, they're the same bike....

And no, I hadn't seen it. But then Parlee's haven't really inspired me enough to do a forum search on them. But this one is indeed very dapper!

And Joe, what a present! What a wife!!!

Hmmm... nope, Z1 frame looks much better than Z2, so shillc wins. :)
Too black to my liking, but a good looking bike nonetheless. Congrats! :D

uhm... no!

look at the components and you will see that the bike i posted probably is 2kg lighter than the z1 in post #1 (which i also appreciate for its decent looks). anyway, parlee builds gorgeous frames!

What a bike. What a wife! Congrats on both counts.

Please be sure to post some more pixs if you get the Edge 1.25s on the bike.

I sort of meant frame wise...

But that is one awesome weight on it! (I was quite impressed last time but forgot to mention).

And ks there's maybe 2 of those that I really like...

This bad boy is pretty sweet!

again, it's nothing personal, they just don't really float my boat...

Just a little update to SR EPS that I'm really enjoying.
Not the cleanest build being external against recommendations, but well done with liberal use of Shimano tape.
Great performance.
Will start to save for as yet unseen Parlee Z0.
