This summer I bought an almost brand new Batavus Vacansoleil 49cm slooping teambike for my son. He is 14 yrs old now and grew out of his old bike. The frame with some parts I bought was the bike of Flanders rider Björn Leukemans and it was in perfect condition.

Frame : Batavus Pro Carbon - Also known as Lapierre HMX Lite.
Fork : EC 90 SLX

Seatpost: 3T doric LTD
Stem : 3T Pro
Handlebar : 3T Ergonova Pro
Saddle : Selle Italia SLR Carbonio Flow
Fronr and rear Derailleurs : Dura Ace 7800
Brakes : Dura Ace 7900
Shifters : Ultegra 6700
Crankset : Shimano compact 50-34
Pedalen : Shimano PD 520
Wheels : Dura Ace 7850 Tubeless
Tires : Vittoria Open Corsa & Latex biba's
Bottlecages : Elite Carbon.

Very lucky young man to have such a wonderful father! :beerchug:

I'm shopping a bike for my youngest daughter but she is height challenged at 5' even. Even some 43's have too high of standover clearance.

My son is now 5'6" so a little bigger, and this bike is perfect for him. He rides with a 90 mm stem, and the saddle can go up higher for 4 inch I guess.

Thinking about the crank , It could be a FSA K- Force light like the rest of the components or the Dura Ace 7900 crank... :? What do you guys prefer on this build ?
