Hello!

I'm a new one here and I want to present my bike as a 'welcome post'

This is student-budget built of 2012 TCR Composite 3 + components from my previous aluminium frame.

Frame: Giant TCR Composite 3 size M
Drivetrain & Brakes: Campagnolo Record Titanium 10s + FSA SL-K Crankset
Wheels:
1. Carbon tubular rims made in China 56mm + 2.0mm CN spokes + Sokin Hubs
2. Ambrosio Crono F20/Sapim Laser/Mack Ultralight
Tubulars: Tufo Hi-Composite Carbon
Cockpit: 3t ARX Pro 105mm + Ritchey WCS White LogicII 42cm
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR TT
Pedals: Exustar
Bidon Cages: Bontrager RXL (not on photo)
Weight: 7,4kg

To be changed: Spokes to CN-Spoke Aero (saves ~100g)

I'm also thinking about getting rid of paint on this Giant seatpost and make it just carbon-black.

I am neither a fan of this crankset nor these tires for sure. Not sure about the blue spacer as well. Other than that it is really well made. Congrats!

Maybe a black bartape? This blue is not up to par with the rest.
I think Niro Glide can be found in blue, would be a nice addition color wise.

those tyres have no place on this build ....hosepipes !

the frame is reall good £vfm ..in many ways its "better" than my advanced as its more absorbing of shocks etc even on same wheels ...tbh when i had it i was thinking i would always cmpare it to my advanced ,,,i do but in a good way ..my advanced is uci naughty whilst my composite is 7.8kg

Some changes... Aaaand I still train on Tufo. These are bombproof.
BUT you were right - the FSA crank is a piece of crap and now I don't like it either. Axis insert in left crank wore out (I don't know the exact word for this but the result was arm moving in front-back direction while rotating).

7.4kg with computer in current spec.

Getting spokes for these 56mm rims is almost impossible. I'm thinking about new wheelset.

Agree with the above

on a side note, does anybody know how much these frames weigh?
I write the weightweenies blog, hope you like it :)

Disclosure: I'm sponsored by Velocite, but I do give my honest opinion about them (I'm endorsed to race their bikes, not say nice things about them)
