Recently purchased a new set of wheels, changed the drop as it was more comfortable. Really pleased with the setup, and thought tubs was the logical next step as I'm going to try my hand at racing this year. The biggest difference made thus far is me improving my fitness levels and dropping weight to 66kg @ 5'9.

Bearman, first of all, to WW.
Love your bike. Also like the weight for a traditional build and relatively heavy wheels. Any upgrades planned?

Beautiful bike!
Powerful Pete - Thanks! None as yet, the wheel set would be my first choice, but they are only 3 months old and having had plenty of use in the French Alps, Pyrenees and south east england I've come to the conlcusion that the extra wieght is almost worth it (dare I say it)... the breaking power you get from these rims is incredible though. Giving me great confidence at speed, they do get super hot, to hot to touch infact! But I wouldn't mind going for something a lot lighter.... Would the bike skip though? Would it loose its ultra-smooth handling? These are questions I'm starting to ask myself.
Very nice bike and ww considering the wheels.
Sorry, your original pic was making me feel a little seasick

Long live the horizontal top tube, standard crankset, and Italian threaded bottom bracket.

Very nice.
Good to see more Bianchi's on here.
Though I'd like to see it with black tap and celeste hoods (but i'm biased to that .. )
How are you liking the wheels ?

ha. I thought you may be biased. The wheels are really very good. They role very quickly and break fantastically. That is really the "clincher" for buying these. If you want something that is light, strong and reliable. They also make a superb sound with the Campy cartridge int he rear hub (better than the shimano one I had when I was running Dura)

Thanks
Getting a lot lighter in clinchers won't get you much benefit I think.. Did you weigh your SLRs ?

I haven't taken them off and weighed them, but I should! What are your wheels like.... Fast? What PSI do you run them at?
