Hello fellow WW, long time lurker, first time poster. I had my first bout of weight weenie-ism (is that a word?) and wanted to introduce myself and share with the board.

My bike is a 2011 Specialized Tarmac expert SL3. Size 52, mostly stock with full Ultegra components. Upgrades so far are a custom set of wheels using HED Belgian C2 alloy clincher rims, White H2 front hub with CX-Ray spokes, rear Powertap Pro with CX-Ray spokes.

After lurking on this board and reading all the well informed posts I have been bit by the WW bug and had my first WW upgrade today and wanted to share.

I purchased a Ritchey WCS C260 stem, 110mm, BB Black color. Stock weight is 108g.
Picked up some Ti hardware from Toronto Cycles which brought the weight down to 99.8g. Not a bad weight for a 110mm length. The stock stem is 160.4g so I have a total savings of 60.6g at less than $100 total. I plan to sell the stock stem on evilbay so I will be able to recoup some of the cost.

Here are the pics, with WW required scale shots with weights. I just picked up the scale so I'll start to weigh as much as I can. I do not have a total bike weight at this time. I need to take it to the bike shop or get a bike scale.
