Those Deda parts are a very nice addition!

BTW, what's the outer diameter of the head tube before it widens to take the headset?

Would you mind helping me out to get in contact with Rychtarski?

I am seriously considering getting a frame by his hand myself, but I can't seem to find any contact information or a website anywhere online :| .

I would ask him to replace the steerer tube instead. That way you keep the nice Merckx fork crown.

Really nice, clean looking bike!
Although, I would prefer it with horizontal top tube ;)
