One of the two Velocite bikes I was planning on using for the Race Across America this month was stolen 10 days ago.

With enormous thanks to Victor and colleagues at Velocite, and the good people at Power2Max, a replacement bike is quickly coming together.

I'm still waiting for the rear derailleur, front derailleur clamp and derailleur cables.

Weight of all the parts that I have so far (including chain, front derailleur and bar tape not in the pic) is 6.3kg.

Have you used the LICOS bars before?
If you have, what are your impressions? Are they stiff?

Yes, I had the Licos on the Geos that was stolen. I'm not exactly a monster sprinter so don't generally have a problem with flexing front ends, but I found them extremely stiff. I quite like the shape too.

Both look great. How long is your stem? Planning to buy the same if the listed weight is accurate.

Both stems are 120mm.
