i believe we should start by seeing your bike. We will need the following:

1.Good Drive side pic
2.Current Build List
3.Weight
4.What you are looking to upgrade
5.a little BIO of you and your riding

then, and only then, can we tell you what we think. this is Law :twinkle:

The build list is what comes on the Bike u know
Shimano 105, Fsa gossamer, tektro brakes, cannondale bars and seatpost and so on . :beerchug:
Weight: 19 pounds on a 52 frame

I am willing to change most of the part.. But I don't want to drop tons of cash

Oh, and maybe, because this is Weight Weenies. It might be interesting to loose some weight in the process.

Check out the CAAD build thread for some good ideas. You could go 3T all around to save some weight.....also, that crank is crap and weighs a ton so that should be one of the first things to chuck. The wheels are probably RS10s so they are also a bit porky.....keep them for traning, etc. and get some lighter wheels (some cheaper options are Bicycle Wheel Warehouse Blackset Race, Velocity A23 Pro Build, Shimano RS80, Soul S2.0, Williams System 19 or System 30).

Good luck! :welcome:

Agreed. Wheels should be your first priority.
Save up and get a set of SiSL cranks, or the original hollowgram SIs if you're on a budget.
