Hello,

My name is Tommy and im from California, a friend of mine got me into cycling a couple years back but i didnt really pick it up at first..

i have since then picked it up and am running... well cycling! with it!

I am currently 250 Lbs and am using cycling as a way to lose weight and change my lifestyle and make me a more healthy and stronger person.

i currently ride a 2009 Bianchi B4P 1885 with 105, it's a great bike.

welcome! I was in your boat not long ago... I've lost 60 lbs as of this morning, and it was all accomplished through diet (a complete change of lifestyle) and exercise (lots of spirited riding).

Go out there, enjoy your rides, make sure you put in a good effort, and when you discover something is holding you back, then upgrade the component. My key was to find a goal, and work toward meeting it, whether it was climbing a local hill, or keeping up with a faster group. Once you accomplish that, then work toward the next goal... small steps are key!

BTW, love the bike stand!
