Cool. Any plans to get it lighter?

You could loose some weight with a spiderless chainring. It would also let you to run a smaller number of teeth than the spider would allow > smaller driver on the rear hub and shorter chain.

This is a Homebrewed

Maybe not the best idea on a BMX with small tooth counts, but this is pretty cool also - from Fibre-Lyte:

This seems to be the final weigh in until i saw that pic ^^^^^^

The Homebrewed chainring is awesome!!!! I just visited the site.

I think I'll order it up.

How much does the FSA Spider weigh when removed?

Well I got it down to 15.875. Waiting on Eclipse tubes and a lighter seat.

Should finish up right at 7 kilo's.
