Yeah yeah, I know you can go lighter... but this was an achievement for me; having a 60cm frame, and being 200 lbs myself. Tipped the scales at 14.86lb with pedals, Sigma 1909 computer (with cadence and speed mounts); and everything else pictured. The image sucks, unfortunately..

I'm not too sure what else to do to save some decent weight. Brakes would be easy (those Campy super records weigh 285g); and I'm sure many would replace the seatpost, stem and bar.. but I quite like those. The stem is 135g, bar is 225 (46cm) and Seatpost is 180 after putting in POP yokes and ti bolts -- so I'm not sure I'd really save a ton there. An ENVE 3.4 SS clincher wheelset might save 200g though - that would be sweet. I it's probably possible to drop another pound or so with the next round of pretty costly upgrades.

Yes, the Red Groupset and the lighter wheels make all the difference for total weight. You could likely get it lighter with some carbon tubulars, maybe another 200gms.

Very similar to my Supersix, all Red, Force brakes, 303 FC tubies, heavy seat/handlebars was right at 15lbs. Easily could of got it to 14.6-.7 with handlebar/seat change.

You got a real sweet ride now!
