Building my new Canyon Ultimate AL 2012 today. Received the frameset and got to building..

Build list w/o weights:

Frame: 2012 Canyon Ultimate AL EVO size 58/L
Fork: 2012 Canyon One One Four Six, carbon

Seatpost: Canyon VCLS 28.2, carbon
Brakes: DA7900
Levers: DA7900
Crankset: DA7800
BB: Shimano SM-BB91-41B
FD: DA7900
RD: Ultegra SL
Chain: Shimano 105
Cassette: Shimano 105 12-27
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR (carbon rails)
Bar: 3T Ergosum LTD
Stem: 130mm Ritchey 4axis 1 1/4" -6°
Pedals: Speedplay Zero SS
Bartape: "Flow" geltape
Pads: Swissstop Yellow Flash King
Cages: Arundel Mandible UD oil slick (matte)
Cables/housings: Jagwire

Wheels: Carbonzone carbon tubulars (probably race wheels, Ksyrium Elite for training)
Front tire: Mavic Grip Link
Rear tire: Continental Sprinter Gatorskin

Canyon chain catcher mounted to bottle cage bolts

I put on the Mandibles from my other bike.. will have to get some new cages!

Total weight including Speedplay Zero pedals, the heavy cassette, chain and crankset, 7250 grams.

Very pleased with the overall weight on a size 58 aluminium frame built with what I had left over from a wrecked bike and new parts bought "on a budget". The Carbonzone wheels are also quite heavy (and don't have that much life left in them, so looking for replacements in a while).

TP: My bad, I was just too eager to assemble the bike.. when I thought of weighing the frame/fork I had already put in the pressfit bearings (which was child's play and almost easier than threaded Shimano bearings)..
