I've been out on this twice now and I love it, it's super fast and responsive. I'm new to Sram stuff and I really like the shifting, it's very clunky compared to Ultegra but I prefer the small lever movements and the snappiness of it. The brakes are powerful too.

2011 S1 with 3T Funda Pro forks
Force full group
Ultegra wheels - these are the only bits I'll be upgrading in the future
Pro Race 3 SCs
3T Ergosum Pro + Arx Pro
Spec Toupe Expert
Look Keos
Planet X Ti/carbon skewers
Weight - don't know, don't care!

Very nice build. I love the Cervelo S1... last of the aluminum Cervelos and yours is a perfect example...
