i'm looking for a way to fit a 36T middle chainring on a xtr 960 crank,
problem is that the xtr crank has a 102mm fit instead of the normal 104mm.

i know TA. has chainrings for xtr960, but they are all the standard 44/32/22
anyone who can help me out?

The most simple way is to drill holes to fit smaller BCD I did it with my 960 and TA chainring.
Not exactly pure Weightweenie.... but still crazy enought to hunt every possible gram (used to be, but still like reasonably light bikes :-))
