Your chainguide needs to be lowered, though. Not doing too much way up there.

I rode 3 time with this setup & you are right, in order to lower my chainguide I wait for a mcfk carbon piece. this FSA road front der' attach weight a dead donkey

Here is my On One Inbred - love this bike - it's been in storage for the better part of 2 years - the Pace Carbon forks are going on ebay and I am putting carbon bars, thomson stem and an old set of Fox forks on it - it needs new tires for sure but it's a great ride!!!





It's not a TRUE WW but it's a great ride, and was fully rigid - enjoy!!!

Love the Inbred,shame to see the RC31's go on it.Although carbon bars and Thomson stem would finish it off nicely,thoughts of replacing the Syntace F99 on mine for Thomson have past through the head every so often.

The Inbreds are great bikes and I love this one to death. Bought it on eBay when I lived in London, built it up as a pure winter training bike hence the rigid forks. then when I moved to New York I used it as a Central Park roadie slayer, put specialized bad boy slicks on it and used to commute in Manhattan and do laps of central park.

now it has old Fox forks on it, carbon Race Face bars and a Thomson stem - looking forward to getting out on it in New Jersey now...
it's virtually indestructible, Hope hubs, Hope mini mono brakes and Thompson seat post and saddle - just need a better set of tires

Chainrings are Kcnc K3. 38/26. Those will be available shortly.

Fork is a Black Cat Bone Lucy. #4 of 10.

The fork is quite nice. Not the lightest rigid fork but stiff and well tracking. I think one of the best things about the fork is that it is fully adjustable for wheelsize and ride height. So the same fork works for 26, 650b, and 29" wheels and also you can change the length for the amount of suspension correction you desire.

As for the stem, I went with the Enve stem because is has the largest inside cavity of every stem I tried and I needed room to house the brain for the sequential Di2.

Di2 = electronic front and rear shifters? Is the battery inside the stem too? Awkward to change when the battery juice dries up?

nice can't go wrong with red andvlack combo; you wo't be winning the lightness prize as them Crank Bros wheel are not the lightest by a long way but do look great.
