Could somebody tell me a good way to take some weight off my bike. It is a 2002 NRS Air 18.5" . I replaced the tires with the Tioga Red Phoenix tubeless tires which are the lightest on the market. I want to do a few other things without draining the bank account.

Here are the specs of a stock '02 NRS Air:

fork RockShox Sid SL, 3" travel
derailleur Front: New Spec Shimano XT, Rear: Shimano XTR
derailleurshifters Shimano XTR
cranks Shimano XTR 24/34/46T
handlebar Titec Enduro XC, 7075 butted
stem Giant Composite
headset FSA integrated, cartridge bearings
brakes Hayes Hydraulic Disc, 6" rotors
saddle WTB Rocket V, leather w/ ti rails
seatpost Titec X-Wing Pro, 27.2
rims Mavic Crossmax Disc UST Tubeless, 24H
hubs Mavic Crossmax Dics UST, 24H
tires Michelin Jet S Tubeless 26x2.0" Kevlar bead
rearshock RockShox Sid XC w/ rebound adjust, 3.75" rear travel
cassette Shimano Deore XT, 11-34T 9-speed
spokes Mavic Crossmax Disc UST

Beside the Hayes brakes, the seat post and perhaps the saddle I don't see much potential to save weight.
