Hey Guys,

I know this has been done to death but I searched and couldn't find exactly what I want. I'm looking to lighten the M959 pedals as I love them and beleive that if they were under 300 grams a pair they would be the ultimate pedal.

Anyway can someone tell me where I can get ti spindles and alloy bolts for the plates as mentioned here.

Also, has anyone tried making some plates out of aluminium or ti? Do you think they'd work? How about shaving some material off the pedal body, it looks like there is a bit of excess, has anyone done it?

What weight have you got your M959 pedals to?

Cya, John.

Yep I used Action Tec Ti spindels www.actiontec.com

I can't exactly remember who I got the alu screws from (there's a bunch on each pedal to replace) but I seem to recall it was Redmist (www.titaniumfasteners.com)

You wouldn't be able to tell me what the dimensions of the bolts you replaced are would you. Don't go to too much effort, just if you remember of the top of your head.
