claimed weight is 202gr in size 31.6-400mm

Well I'd say it's branded but made by some Asian company that supplies Token and other brands---the prices look good. The weights are possible and likely to be fairly accurate.

At that length I could cut 130 mm and probably reduce it to below 150.
