Which 46/34-tooth chainrings for 110/74 size MTB use?

Hi dudes, I plan on putting Race Face Turbine Lp cranks on my bike, but find the Race Face chainrings to be on the heavy side. I would leave them on for now but am looking for better (

) and lighter rings.
I use the bike for heavy mtb training and races, so rings should be able to withstand more than the occasional road-trip.
Any suggestions on other makes and types for the specified format? Any info on the life expectancy of Action Tec Titanium rings.
