I´ve been using the post UL, E-bones, ultralevers and grips.
I weigh 75 kg and ride cross country, I don't race but I train all year long, so far, no problem with them.
I'd buy anything from Extralite without hesitation.
By the way my bike is Dean Duke and yes, it has a SID on front, the weight of it, 9.3 kg with a couple of grams still to shed.
extralite good or bad?

This forum is about sharing experiences which is exactly what i am doing. I like "light" components that don´t break. I don´t understand why people "rave" about super-light components (eg extralite and sSID´s) that break when used under "normal" riding conditions. I too was fascinated by super- lightweight components, but found them to be so unreliable. I like riding my bike but don´t like spending "silly amounts of" money on it all of the time.
