Bought a set of road cranks and a stem. No problems at all. Ended up calling Sergio direct and giving details over phone. Recommend them highly - v helpful.

Never EVER give your credit card details in an email. If they dont do it throu there site, do it over the phone

I think an international bank transfer works as well. Just ask their IBAN code. In Europe, this service is free, at least for EU countries, not sure England too... Much safer and as fast! Or use Paypal, etc.

Not a purchase that will beak the bank but ordered a Extralite seat clamp direct. Took 2-3 days from Italy to UK. 2 Euro postage cost (from memory).

I think that he means that when ordering you have to give Extralite your creditcard number etc. by email, not by a secured site. Understand is that this isn't a very safe way of payment.

Furthermore, I agree that the service and swiftness of delivery by Extralite is out of question. Very reasonable and good service!
