do you know the name of the concern, who build this?

i have seen a prototype of a magnesium rim on the eurobike show (2004)... but can not remember the concern, the weight was about 320g.

i made this picture at th eurobike 2004 - the name of the company is : -Estern Cape Magnesium- and the guy : Art Anderson - i cant find it in the internet email is : ecmagnesium@yahoo.com
Factory is in South Afrika Tel(+27-43-685-2050) and the Sales Office in Taiwan Tel(886-2-2893-7005)

i order alredy 4 Rims in August 2004 - but i dont hear anything
