do any of you know about the sette stem at pricepoint that is 126 grams for a 90mm version and only 25 bucks.

I would say it is without any hardware. I had their 120mm version on my bike before I hopped on the F99 wagon. The advertised weight was still a little lighter than reality versus what I weighed on my digi scale without any bolts. :o
