how fat of a tire do you run on your 29er? how much clearance do you need?

this kit allows 55mm in the chan stay and 60mm in the seat stay.

I run a 2.1 tire ( not sure what that is in Road/cyclocross setups)
all are on 135mm spaced hubs. I currently run disk, but the rims are rim brake compatible.
