I am just finishing my my build on my XC bike and I am having a hard time deciding on the cable housings I should use. I have decided to use Nokon housing for my Side Team lock out but other than that, I have not decided on what housings I am going to use for the V-brakes and shifters. I was thinking of going with black Nokons to keep the same look as the look out but really am not sure how to proceed.

Any ideas.

Nokon with a PC inner liner and PC's

Alligator i-link with PC inner liner and PC's

Both are ok and almlost one of the lightest available.
I haven't used others than Shimano XTR's and those above(except the i-links i haven't used yet)

It could be that they're lighter but lighter than nokon with PC's?(for brakes)
That they're cheaper i'm also sure...

Did you ever get those Nokon carbons? Let's see some pics if you did. Maybe I missed an earlier post. BTW, I couldn't wait and got the I-links- they're spankin' So far I like them better then the Nokon Alloys. Very light and an easier setup.
