hi, i have a problem. Everytime when i ride and shift my sram gripshifter, my hands kinda swell and result blister. I have no problem with 105 rear D. Is it because of the tension spring in my rear D? HeLp!

Seems like an obvious solution.

But, have you tried gloves?

...I think the problem is more likely to be in your shifter than the rear derailleur.
.....but it still has to work!

or dirty cable and housing. disconnect the derailleur and pull the cable back and forth. any friction will be magnified when there is tension on the cable.
