Amc 350 / hugi-mavic

I wonder which wheelset is better:
1. Amc 350 vbrake - 1600 gr and 360 €
2. Another wheelset with Hugi hubs & Mavic 717 rims - 1500 gr and less than 300€.

Could you advice me 'bout their quality - I also want a conti gp supersonic innertube. is it a good choice?

Hugi hubs will be lighter.

For 300 euro go for XT hubs with mavic rims and DT revspokes.
