Hey,

The Syntace F99 stem is approved. Just waiting for a good opportunity. Now I'm thinking of maybe replacing the handlebars of my bike by Extralite Ultrapush.

I want a handlebar with that model and it seems to me that this one is the lightest available. Is anyone using them or has anyone some information about them? Strength, durability, ...

Thanks

So there is nobody who is using an extralite handle bar?

Maybe I should not buy them then?
Do they brake, are they to expensive,...?

I used the Ultrabar and had no issues with it, it served its purpose.

You can cut the bar down and remove the alu lugs which are intended for use with bar-ends and gain the same weight as the more expensive model.

The first pic is the standard width of 580mm, claimed weight is 105g mine was 108g.

Second pic is of the bar cut down to approx. 560mm weight was 98g. The Ultrabar UL's claimed weight is also 98g and again width is 560mm!
