Anybody riding older (2013) Ignite Carbon?
How much clearance do you have with 650b wheels? Is it worth it to use 26" frame with 650b wheels? Cheers

All you need is to make up a 12.7mm width piece of cardboard shaped to a tyre both sides and run it through the gap to check for clearance.

Most 26" hardtail frames will take a 650B wheel and tyre, especially if you go 1x gearing to remove the front mech from the equation.

26" Fox forks will take a 650B as well as long as you are conservative on tyre size.

Not on a Ridley, but I looked into 27.5. Went with larger tires instead. 2.35" on the rear and 2.4" on the front though I could go 2.6" on the front.

I figured, for the same diameter, I could have up to 2.6" vs ~2.2" tires on the front.
