Hi,

I have an 5 year old Canyon Gran Canyon Al with internal routing and I want to change the gearcables. Does anybody know how to do this? I have tried to feed a thin Nokon-liner along the old cable but it doesn't work since the entry into the frame is very tight and it seems only alows a cable. The old cable is still in the frame as I'm reluctant to pull it out before I know how to get the new one in. Any advice would be vere appreciated. Thanks :D .

It's a pain in the butt, is there cable and housing running internally or just the cable inner?

This stuff helps a heck ton, nice and thin so it's easy to put through. I generally leave the gear inner cable in last, chuck some of this over it so an adequate amount sticks out both ends of the frame, then pull out the gear cable knowing I won't spend the next hour trying to get my cables back through, hope it helps
