As the title says; it would be interesting to see a list of all the sub 900 gram hardtails frames available right now (actual modern XC frames, try to avoid those obscure basement projects). As far as I know there are five. Correct me if I'm wrong on the weights.

- Focus Raven MAX ca. 880g for the medium
- Canyon Exceed SLX ca. 880g for medium I think
- AX Lightness some 880g I think
- Scott Scale RC 700/900 SL around 850g (is this the lightest one)?
- Open Cycles 880g or something, but seems to be overweight in pictures
- Unno HT around or sub 800g
- GrigioCarbonio Waraxe 2.0 around or sub 700g!
- Specialized S-Works Epic around 800 grams

Problem is, that apart from the Scott 700 the others are all 29" (which I currently do not ha e), and this frame is way out of my budget. Wish I could have a 27.5" sub 900 grams for the same price as the Canyon. Ah well... probably have to get myself a 29" eventually. Also, they should offer all these frames in all black versions. Anyone know of any other sub 900 gram frames?

Really? Not saying it's wrong, just wondering where you heard that? Trek lists the frame as 1,10kg in 17,5" but I don't know if that might be including their (very heavy) seatclamp and rear axle, but it still doesn't add up to 200g.

Why the huge 12K weave on that Unno?

Got a link to their site?

My 19" Superfly SL was 1050 grams. Sub 900 maybe for smallest size with no paint.

I've found it on a few websites as coming from Trek though not found anything direct from Trek.

I also recall the claim coming from a Trek rep at a demo ride day.

Almost certainly the smallest size and probably a bare carbon spec, paint adds somewhere around 200g upwards after all.

What about the new Grigiocarbonio from Dream bikes?

Apparently the first 100% monocoque frame ever produced!

where did you get that info? I've "heard" about 5000€ for the frame. Anyway, HaakonJohansen says the Scale is out of his budget so is the Unno for sure!

I assume your only after the latest 2016/17 models only? as there are plenty of NOS 27.5s out there of various ages for not a lot.

Sorry, my bad, read too quickly and just assumed it was the ProCaliber SL we were talking about.

The weight of that Grigiocarbonio really is crazy, same thing with some of their rims.
