Youve probably already done this but ti bolts for rotors and callipers.

Alloy bolts for mech cable clamps and brake lever/shifter clamps and steerer cap.

Not huge amount, 20-30g max.

You might also consider a brake upgrade. Avid XX pops up on the 'bay for $200 used. It's 210g lighter than your SLX. Formula R1 is available new for the same, and about 160g lighter.
