Some time ago I saw a picture of a reworked XX1 derailleur. The goal is to make it work with a XTR 11 sp. shifter. I think it is a german brand I'm searching for.

Any one?

Does this mean that there is a brand that actually makes parts to match the two? Or was it someone on a forum or such which made this modification? Sounds really cool, but I haven't seen it myself.

It was a small brand from Germany. I think they just changed the wheel on the derailleur. I don't know how well it worked.

You're not just talking about using the XTR derailleur with the XX1 cassette, right? Because there's a lot of products for that (as you probably already know. Just asking in case you made a typo when you wrote your message). If not, I still don't know which brand that makes the part you're looking for. Update the thread if you'll find out;)
