It's an F29, seat tube shape is the give away. The seat post and lefty are also indicative of an F29. I'd be guessing the year though, I don't know how to decode cannondale serial numbers
Oh and model wise it looks like the owner has replaced the wheels, but based on the crank and rd combo it looks like a F29 Carbon 1 2013 spec, at least that's what the spec suggests as the owner could have installed those parts himself
Help with identifying this Cannondale???

You've already got the answer but just to confirm, that's an F29. It shows
- brake hose on top tube
- brake caliper on seatstay
- bottom bracket shell with room for sram bearing preload assembly
F-Si has
-brake hose on down tube
-brake caliper on chainstay
-83mm wide bb shell (no room for sram bearing preload assembly - have to remove it and use wavy washer)
