I'm lucky that my rear shock runs on spherical bearings so is already as smooth as a baileys on ice.

A link to the actual bearings would help? 2 of 3 posts both suggesting this one company?

Was this a response to a previously existing thread?

If not, what bike do you have? They have a list of bike manufacturers and bike models that can be used to find the specific size that you'll need for your shock.

It was in response to a post (starting a thread) that has now been deleted as Spam (note comments on the second line), why the mods left my reply in isn't clear!
