I wrecked a ZTR Crest rim against a car, nothing for me, but rim and spokes totalled...

I'm looking to relace my dt-swiss 240s (32hole) hubs into something new. I'm competing in a few beachraces this winter, so I would like a wide (min 27mm innerwidth) alu rim that's not to heavy (anything below 500gr is good) and not to expensive.

Any suggestions?

dtswiss AM421?
crest MK3?
Ride Trace 29?

Velocity Blunt SS (26mm inner)
Velocity Blunt 35
Wtb KOM i29
Kinlin tl29

The crest and dt rim are both narrower than you asked for. Keep in mind the tire size you want to run. The wider rim widths are not as optimal with 2 and 2.1 tires

DT Swiss XM481 and the Ryde Trace 29 are two very good rims. The velocity Blunt 25 is heavy but robust. The Kinlin rim will be excellent.
