Yoke and cradle weights

Hi there. I'm wondering if anyone has done some research regarding yoke and cradle weights? There's quite a lot of info about the weight of MCFK, AX Lightness and POP parts, as they are all available on R2-bike.com, but has anyone weighted the cradle and yokes by i.e. Extralite or Schmolke?

Also, can you use cradles from different brands, or are the seatpost cutout diameter different from manufacturer to manufacturer? Hope anyone will be able to answer some of my questions;)

Cradle diameter will indeed vary from post to post not just between brands. MCFK make almost every size under the sun IIRC
