I've got a Pedro's multi tool. It's nice but heavy. I figure I need a chain tool, 4 and 5 mm Allen wrenches, a small screwdriver, tire levers, maybe spoke wrenches to fit Mavic and Shimano wheels, minimum. Any recommendations?

The Lezyne is pretty light with a chain tool. Their products are well made.

5 different sizes of spoke wrench are hard to fit on a multi tool!

I have a Lezyne, competitively light and the chain splitter works perfectly well.

I just carry quality plastic tyre levers seperately.

I just use a short length cut from an old spoke (butted to save weight of course).

I'm a Lezyne fanboy as well and looked at the weight of my saddlebag and spareparts:

- Lezyne V10 multi-tool, the Carbon 10 version saves you another 20 grams; http://www.lezyne.com/product-mtools-vt ... 7a5uph96Uk and http://www.lezyne.com/product-mtools-ca ... 7a5vph96Uk
- Tacx Mini Tyre Levers T4885; http://www.remo-knops.com/5101/tacx-min ... ers-t4885/
- Toppeak Micro Airbooster http://www.topeak.com/products/Pumps/micro_airbooster
- Scicon Elan 210 Carbonium saddle bag; http://sciconbags.com/products/saddle-f ... ium-series

I still have my old Pedros RXM Multitool, which I keep with my bad weather bike. http://pedros.com/products/toolsfor-the ... ulti-tool/
As mentioned before Mavic has a unique spoke wrench which you won't see in a "generic" tool;

I have lezyne Rap CO2.

It has everything you need, and only weighs 178g.

The Topeak Mini 20 Pro seems to meet my needs, but I wouldn't let an aluminum tire lever touch my rims. It has spoke wrenches for Shimano and Mavic. It also weighs more than I want and has more tools than I need. http://topeak.com/products/Mini-Tools/mini20pro_black

you could disassemble and remove the tools you don't want and insert carbon or ALU washers?
