New bike, with new WTB Silverado Race saddle and reverb dropper. Out for third ride on this new bike and saddle is creaking like crazy - driving me crazy.
Anyone else have a problem with this saddle?
Were you able to stop this maddening creak?
I like my bikes whisper quiet...

You sure it's the saddle? Could be the post. I'd start there. Remove the post and clean any grit or dirt. After cleaning, if it's a carbon post add some fiber grip on reassembly. Also, it doesn't hurt to add a tad of lube to your saddle rail attachment points.
Try a dot of lube where the saddle rails go into the shell....

Thx for tips - will do both (had to do something similar in past for a Thompson post which made a ton of racket until i greased the saddle/rail bolts.

WTB saddles just seem to do that. Squirt a bit of a penetrating lubricant under the nose and let it sit nose down for a little while to allow for it to get in there. That should fix it for a while.
It will come back depending on conditions.

If you have another saddle or seatpost, swap it out to eliminate the seatpost being the cause. I swore my saddle was the problem but it turned out to be the seatpost where the head was bonded to the carbon post.

Fixed it
Was indeed the saddle, where the rails enter the nose.
Squirted some lube in there, let it sit/flow down in and viola - no noise.
Now the question is:
If this is a chronic issue with these saddles, should I just get it replaced (believe still under warranty with CC)

I would try to get it replaced. I haven't had any creaking issues with my WTB saddles.

Did the squirt trick recommended here - worked for exactly 2 rides. Switched to an older Aliante I had - problem solved.
Now dealing with Competitive Cyclists for warranty - guy on phone said this was a pretty chronic issue for WTB.
Never was an issue for the Selle I had on my rigid, nor any Fizik I've had

Get it swapped under warranty, sell it as new (before it creaks) and fit a decent saddle!
