Grease or carbon paste on integrated headset?

My frame uses an integrated headset (drop-in) and like the title implies, I'm wondering if i should use any grease or carbon paste between the headset and the frame, and/or between the headset and the steerer? Or should i just leave it dry? Both frame and steerer are made of carbon fiber, btw.
I use grease in the hope to prevent creaking. Shouldn't need friction paste since it's not relying on friction to hold together.
Use friction paste between steerer and stem tough.

Where, why?
I understand grease inside the sealed bearings. Maybe a thin film on the surfaces where the bearings seat. Other than that, where are you putting it?
EDIT: Here's a decent video. He slops around more grease than I have used for this job:

Yes. I see so many corroded headsets....
This. Marine grease makes a great water/sweat barrier. I have 4000km on my all weather bike's current headseat and when I took it out last week it was as smooth as when new. It's a cheap and easy way to increase the longevity of headset and BB bearings.

That marine grease has lithium that attacks plastics? any particular brand? photo of that marine grease? thanks a lot!!
Shimano white assembly paste is weak, and the yellow shimano bearing grease is not thick enough for pressure water in headsets and BB. inside bearings is great though...

Happy Trails !!!
For sealed bearings a light wipe of grease just to resist water getting in and aid fitment is all you need.
I use 'red rubber' grease as its the most waterproof and I always have a pot for C and C wheel and crank bearings on my hack and retro bikes.

Im assuming your frames are all carbon where the bearing sits(not a metal sleeve). My grease always ends up black and I get worried its somehow effecting the carbon
GCN after contacting various manufacturers advises not to use fibre grip on steerer / stem joint as the particles in the gel increases wear
