Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd post up my new ride for this year always had hardtails decided to take the plunge.....

Hope you guys like, any recommendations on loosing bit more weight welcome.
Awaiting for my new rear shock Monarch XX remote lockout.

Bike weight current 21.7 but Weight obviously feels more towards the rear

Spec list would help (especially as the Felt website is blocked by my Co. firewall as it's 'sport'!).

Monarch XX is a bit lardy, 80g heavier than an RP23, even more so compared to a Carbon DT Swiss (about 140g lighter), of course with the XX and X-Loc you have to use the remote, on a conventional shock I think you could reach a shock mounted lever OK otherwise.

Not sure of the stem on that but I've just fitted a Kalloy Uno7 with Ti bolt kit (all off EvilBay) and that was 88g (70mm) for just £25 which is crazy good value (I ran the bolts through a die as the threads were a little rough - mostly small bits of swarf).

Not sure about the tyres, worth looking at the usual suspects to see if there is any saving there.

Tubeless I presume? Mt Zoom do lightweight alloy valve bodies now that will shave a few g per wheel.
