Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with chainrings made by Procraft?
How do they compare (performance wise) with other aftermarket brands like TA Specialites, BBB, etc?
My background is generally Shimano (XT and XTR and hard to find better sifting in my opinion), but I could give it a try only if I had any reviews for Procraft chainrings.

Best regards,

Isn't Procraft stuff rebranded Taiwanese (?) stuff? Their stems for example are Kalloy but 3x the price unless I'm mistaken??? Point is that there may be cheaper versions of the same thing (probably on ebay) to give them a go without spending so many pennies.

Thank you DanW.

After a little digging I found out that this could be a part supplier for Merida since the contacts on their German website refer to it and Merida MTB team uses some parts from Procraft on their bikes (stems, seatposts, etc).

I am pulling the trigger on the chainrings, the price paid seems fair for a triple set, so no real problem if they don't perform well.
