Hi guys,

I'm wonder if anyone of you did that Full Service (Telescope Rebuild + Damper service) required every 200 hours (or 100 hours if it's used under racing conditions) for his Lefty hybrid fork?
I have a 2013 Hybrid, for which I did a standard service last year, and this year I paid again 100 EUR for the standard one (lubrication and seals replaced), and just after that I told them about some scratches I had from the beginning on my lower leg and if they can contact Cannondale for an opinion... Shortly after they replied to bring back the fork in order to be sent it at Cannondale Service Center to replace the lower leg under warranty.
The surprise was that those guys say in order to replace the leg they have to do this 200 hours Full Service which cost no more no less than another 300 EUR :)!
So in the end, for a 2 years fork that I took great care I have to pay 100 + 300 EUR to bring it functional...!
So, anyone of you who bought such fork did know at the purchase time the maintenance costs for it ? I'm the only one who believe the costs are outrageous ?

Be happy! (U dont own a lefty 2.0)
-25h Service and expensive spare parts as well.

If you have no problems with your lefty its ok when you send it in for a normal service once in a year.
Telescope and damper service only when youre racing that much and over 5-10k a year. Or smethg is broken.

I don't have any experience with them but from what I heard they are among the best when working with Lefty, are you saying that you know otherwise ?

What's the new Solo Air, and what does it fix? How can I tell if it's already used in the Lefty in my newly purchased 2016 FSI?

By "Solo Air", do you mean a complete damper unit, or just the wave spring?

You noticed the yellow ring around the spring?
First it was a wave-washer, now it is a spring.

The 2 O-rings only belong to the complete set and have to be changed too.
